These sound like problems with your cache files. If you are using PIE (and can start it.)

1. Open PIE
2. Click on 'Menu'
3. Click on 'Tools'
4. Click on 'Options...'
5. Click on the 'Memory' tab
6. Click the 'Clear History' button
7. Click the 'Delete Files' button
8. Click on the 'Security' tab
9. Click the 'Clear Cookies' button
10. Close PIE

You should have freed up a bunch more space on your device.

Go to www.surrealnetworks.com/mpx and you can download a registry tweak that will send all of your pie cache to your memory card. Also, I am assuming that you are storing all of your files and installing programs on your sd card.

You can also download Pocket Cleaner Plus (free, Goggle it) and install it on your SD card. It is great in cleaning temp files, etc.

I've been having this problem also, but my IE files have all been cleared and I am still out of storage space. I run so little on this phone its not even funny. Here's what I have found out thus far, but not really sure how to fix:

Currently, I am completely out of storage space. The two largest hogs of space are my windows directory, which seems to grow on its own with a million tiny little files in the windows directory itself. The file names are nondescript, so I don't know what I can delete or save. I have about 100mb tied up in the windows directory alone.

The other huge hog is window/messaging. There are thousands upon thousands of tiny little .mpb files there that are using about 30 mbs total. They have something to do with the digital liscensing of the .wma files that I load from Yahoo Music. I know this because when I delete them, I lose the rights to all of my .wma files that are on my SD card. The problem is that, when i delete a .wma file, either using Yahoo Music while the phone is plugged in or just deleting the files from File Explorer, these little .mpb files don't go away. therefore, they accumulate are tie up an indefinate amout of space. Why windows stores digital rights files in the windows/messaging folder is beyond me ...

Does anyone have any advice on this?
