Phone menus no longer working!

I recently get a new RAZR V3m from Verizon and flashed it to Alltell V3c firmware. Everything is great, except one major problem. Phone menus no longer work! You know, the "Dial 1 for X, Dial 2 for Y, Dial 3 for Z" type. Also, I cannot logon to my voicemail using my phone. It just repeatedly asks "Dial your password and press #" and does not register the keys I press.
What setting change or seem edit is required to fix this problem? Thanks.
