I was uploading modded seems to my v551 and it restart and showed a white screen then shutoff. I am not sure if i should reflash it or not. I am working on using xlr8's guide to flashing vxxxs. Is this the right thing to do?

Please help.

If it flashes the white screen then shuts off ,then you're going to have to flash it to recover it. Put it in bootloader mode (Hold * and # while powering on phone) and flash it with a R472 monster pack using the RSD lite program.
