I've been looking for some online and my friend told me to try ebay that some people are selling them dirt cheap. I checke it out and came across this seller. Seems legit until you look at the sellers feedback. There are many posts with the same "hand" picture with the same results when you look at the feedback. There are many sellers with the same feedback that looks funny. Sidekick 3 for $175? Ok....sure

What do you think?

look at the seller's feedback. notice how all his buyers/sellers are no longer registered with ebay...

That's what I mean when the feedback looks funny. My question is if it's that obvious then why does ebay allow it to be listed?

It's a fake.. I reported it to Ebay last night.. also, all of the feedback items that the guy bought have no description.. there are a number of usernames with similar items like this.. also notice he is not accepting paypal

i made a new ebay name and bought one with buy it now from the same hand picture guy seller i had to email to know what the payment options were when you win all it says for payments is other. he emails back saying to pay with either a bank wire transfer or western union money online transfer and provides name address and bank info of course im not buying just wanted to see what he would do

Update..... Ebay removed him. Here's the email, ebay sent me.

Thanks for sharing that info for everybody. People need to be carefull with these AHOLES stealing from innocent people trying to find a good deal.

YES BEWARE OF THOSE ****** *** SCAM!! I was in a hurry to buy a sidekick 3, bought it and sent a Money order out on the same day. Then ebay sented me a warnign but was too late since i've sented out. So I lost 390, here are a few tips, check the feedback see when the item was sold and when did this so called buyer left the feedback for this seller. If it was sold and feedback was left at the same or a 2 or 3 days away then its a scam. If you think about it, receiving a package should be at least 1 to 2 weeks, and YES i know there are 3 day or 1 day overnight shipping, but would that option is expensive, would the seller really sent out that much? and another option is try to avoid Money order at all cost. It takes westerunion AT LEAST 30 days for them to process your refund and to stop the money order from having any value. With check and paypal, You can have your bank deny it and paypal obviously have protection plan for you. I got jipped big time, now I need to contact a law enforcement agency, does any1 know how I could contact them?
