SunCom already offers the w810 and w300: http://www.phonescoop.com/carriers/carrier.php?c=20

Sorry if this has already been posted. Wish Cingular would hurry up!

Wirelessly posted (whatever the next lines says: LG-CU500 Obigo/WAP2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 UP.Link/6.3.0.0.0)

Wow

They also don't offer the Sony Ericsson P990 in the US but they do in Japan, so what?? If you are a little more patient the W800 will be in the stores. If you can't wait, just buy it unlocked online.

Some companies get exclusives on certain phones before they are offered to all carriers. Same thing happended when the Motorola Razr V3 was introduced in 2005, only Cingular had the phone initially and now they are sold by every major carrier but Sprint/Nextel.

Another U.S. carrier in North Carolina is just a little bit closer/more relevant than Japan...nice comparison anyways though! I'm actually a very patient person, buddy. Why do people have to come on forums and aim at individuals. I'm talking about Cingular, not you...why are you so offended?

why are you so sensitive?

there is nothing personal or remotely offensive in cingtd's post. it was balanced, reasonable and suggested an alternate choice while going the extra step to qualify that by giving a great example of how exclusivity and the eventual wide release can pay off/backfire for the consumer.

You're right. I'm sorry, Cingtd.

Thank you, I wasn't trying to pick a fight, just offering an explanation.

Who really cares what Cingular is late on? If you think they're continuously late then switch carriers!

Cingular will always be late. By the time the w810 is released, there will be 25 phones that are better.....just try to pick the one that serves you best and go with it.
