HI all, I need to know if the Treo 700p is coming to Bell in the next 4-6 months. I need a phone and this phone meets my needs perfectly.

If Bell is not carrying soon, I will go to Rogers and get an unlocked one.

I believe there isn't a GSM version of the Treo 700w/p available yet

Palm launched (or is launching) Treo versions for GSM in Europe. You could probably grab an unlocked version of those when they become available.

well if things don't change, Bell normally gets product 1 year after the US introductions, Sprint got theirs in May? so expect Bell to get theirs in May 2007

So no one out there can provide a 100% for sure it's coming to Bell?

All I need to know is that it will be comng to Bell.

Also the Treo 650 vs Treo 700p, will I really gain a bunch of new features?

Main difference is that it is EVDO, 650 is only 1x so data wise it's slower. I have EVDO on my blackberry and it's 3-5 x's faster than the Treo 650 I have.

Otherwise the functions seem the same. 650 can take up to a 2 GB sd card which is awesome, good speaker and includes music player

...but i think they're all bound for Telus as you can see the Q and Nokia are already in their stores and not Bells.

Well, that depends on where you live. In the boonies of New Brunswick here I was told a week ago that the UTStarcom 6700 should be here by Xmas!!! They probably don't even make them anymore! There is a bit of hope though as a friend tells me he actually saw a dummy in a store today...
