motorola v3m razr ringtones

ok i got my v3m razr last week and i bought 2 ringtones and they worked and then my friend took my phone and i dont know if she messed with anything but something happened and now the 2 ringtones that i bought dont show up on the ringtones list. They only show up when i go to "get tunes and tones" and they show up on the list but i tryed going to options for the ringtone but when i press options nothing comes up. The ringtones dont show up on "sound settings" then "ring styles" and then "master volume detail" and then "calls"
does anyone know why this is happening and how i can change it so i can use the ringtones that i bought?
