Hi.

Could anyone who has NOT installed applications on their phone turn it off and back on again?!
After the Nokia Hands go accross the screen and the idle screen appears, hold the menu button for the applications list to appear straight away (quick as poss).
Do you have blinkingled and autolock appear and then disappear again?!

Anyone else that HAS installed apps on the phone confirm that theirs does this and that it is supposed to happen as I have never heard of blinkingled in my life!!!

Does this happen automatically on every N80? If not, how could I remove these? There is nothing in apps manager.

Nah! I think it's ok! Looked on another forum!

blinkingled - makes the blue LED on the phone flash when in standby/power save mode. If you use a program like Taskman, you can disable this which will stop the blue light from flashing in standby mode if you find it annoying!!!

First you have to install Taskman. Launch it and go to options > misc > show hidden apps > yes.
Then you'll see the blinkingled process running...you can end this process using taskman. - formless (v-r zone)

autolock - i'm assuming this is again one of the preset features in security settings loading up to check the autolock setting.

None of them are annoying really, just as soon as the phone starts up if you quickly look, they are there and then disappear from the running app list. They don't affect the phone in any way. I think it's preset like this now.
