6255i Help with Instal Handset Manager cant figure...

Hello all,
I am doing this for a friend and it is completley driving me bonkers. I have a razr and still havent gotten my motorola phone tools into my phone yet so not to ask why I am trying to do this for her before doing or tackeling mine, but anyway I have worked on this Handset Manager for over 5 hours now with this Nokia 6255i and can not seem to get it installed. Am I missing something or is this trying to use microsoft drivers if so how do i disable them? can anyone out there help me? if so thank you so very very much. and if not that is ok too.
