Need help deciding switching from VZW

I am probably going to switch from VZW in the next few weeks to a family plan and need some advice on phones. I want a pda/smartphone and need it to sync outlook contacts, calendar, and notes if possible, web browsing, pop3 email. I really need it to have good reception (worthless to me if I can't place a call) and a stable operating system. I am thinking about the blackberry 8700 or 7130c (is there a difference in terms of durability or reception/call clarity). I have an iPaq 4155 that crashed and have not been hearing great things about the stability of WM 5.0 (i.e. VZW Q has been nothing but problems for many people), but am open to be convinced otherwise. I welcome any advice?

I'll tell you now the biggest problem with the Q is that Verizon got it...

The 8125 has been very stable for me, and would do all you're asking it to do.

I also reccomend the 8125. The problems with Q do not neccessarily reflect wm5 as a whole.
