Best MVNO for Web?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

It seems to me all 3 bell MVNOs have free web browsing, but I'm unclear on exactly how much is covered by which ones. I get the impression Solo and PC Mobile have unlimited WAP support, whereas with Virgin it looks like it's limited to their sites. Is this right?

Also, on the Bell mobile browser thread it says that using Opera Mini makes it think it's a regular data usage charge. Since the MVNOs don't have the option for tethered data, assuming they're not limited, does any program that works on the phone work?

Solo comes with WAP browsing included in the price.

PC Mobile has unlimited WAP browsing for $5/month extra.

Virgin Mobile does not have WAP browsing at all, you are limited to a few of their own-brand features.

If you can get Opera Mini to work on a Solo or PC Mobile phone, it should use your "WAP" data connection and not be charged anything extra.

Virgins WAP is limited to Corporate sites only!

WAP is Bargain priced @ Bell and MVNs.
Mini Opera is a Must and while on suitably equipped handsets it does appear as Data use as opposed to Wap Browsing it is billed as WaP usage on both Bell & Telus. Bell includes it in the Unlimited feature or bills by the bytes. Telus charges 5 cents a page period.
Yes Mini Opera is a reality on Telus!
