CU500 File transfers using Bluetooth

I've been able to transfer files from my PC to my phone via Bluetooth, but I cannot send files from the phone to the PC. The connection starts up and then I get "Sending cancelled" Anyone had any luck with this?

The phone is from Cingular and their online chat support directed me to LG who I sent an e-mail to. I'd rather not pay $39.99 + shipping for a USB cable.

what bluetooth software are you using? If XP software, get soleilblue and move the files you want to transfer, to BLUETOOTH FILES

I was using the Windows XP SP2 Bluetooth drivers which don't support all protocols. Never would have guessed it was a one-way driver (or something like that).

I downloaded and installed the drivers for my Bluetooth adapter and managed to get everything working, after I undid the Windows XP drivers.

I'm using the built in BT on a laptop with the HP drivers. I can send music to the phones, but can't send anything to the PC. I keep getting the "cancelled" message also. Any ideas?

you have to right click on the bluetooth symbol on ur computer bottom right hand screen or look in the control pannel then choose receive file, then select send the file from your fone to your computer
