E61 Theme file corrupt?

I'm trying to make a very basic theme for the E61. All I do is change a single color from the base core graphics. Everything seems to work and it generates a .sis file. No errors I can see in the report. The theme is set to s60 3rd edition with the largest screen size. But when I send it to the E61 I get a corrupt file error message on installation. Any ideas? I tried this several times starting from scatch and it's the same problem everytime.

I just want to try a really simple white background, black text, blue graphics bars example. Thanks for any help in advance.
