Could somebody tell me if this phone is LOCKED?

hi, I have a k750i and just sold it because my T-Mobile contract is over in a month and I am switching to Verizon.

Anyway I was about to buy this phone for $15 since I only have 1 month left on my contract.

Can anybody tell me if I'd be able to use it for T-Mobile or if it's locked to Cingular?

I know this pictures show Cingular so I just assume it won't work with my T-Mobile SIM Card?

The 5165 is a TDMA phone, not a GSM phone so that won't work on the T-Mobile GSM network no matter if it's locked or not.
You couldn't wait one more month to sell your k750i ?

I see thank you, no somebody is trading me a 30gig video ipod for it straight up I need to jump on it

I'd say just go to Wal-Mart or Target and get you a T-Mo pre-paid phone kit.
I think you can get the Nokia 6010 for $39 just to get you by for a month.
Then you can ebay it and probably get most of your money back.
