My Motorola V500 Not charging, Also changed the battery but no charging sign.
Any help will be appericated.

Its likely a dirty or bad charger port/connector on the bottom of the phone. Have you physically lQQked at it to see if there is any dirt on the pins?

Yes, i checked the pin port where charging pluge goes. the connector is clean, and change the chargers two, as well the battery, any other suggestion will be help full and appericated
