via AC adapter, USB cable, or both?

if usb cable, the correct Windows drivers MUST be installed.

If BOTH... then its definately a phone issue, so take it back to be replaced...

I think there maye be a charger issue as well, both my wife and I have V3ms when trying to charge either phone on her charger i get an unauthorized charger message, but no problem when using mine. I it is strange, would normally think it is a phone issue, but when both ohones have the same problem on one charger and not the other leads me to think there maybe a bad batch of chargers out there.
