I'm purchasing a MDA III. It is an unlocked Cingular phone. I have T-Mobile service. I was told to ask about getting WAP information to change the Interface logo to T-Mobile. I was also concerned about access to my T-Zones email.

Can anyone help me please?

What you would most likely need is a T-Mobile USA ROM. The MDA III wasn't officially released through T-Mobile US, instead it was released in Europe by T-Mobile UK for example. You might need to ask someone more experience with ROM upgrades.

Their FTP site has numerous ROMs. In your case, the correct ROMs would be the Blue Angel ROMs. Blue Angel is the HTC designation for the MDA III:
