Don't know if anyone has posted probs like this, but didn't find any in thread. I have a V600 and i did all sorts of stuff including using OpEdit, P2kman (of course), XVI32. Uploading the files were successful but i just can't seem to get fresh info in my network list etc. It all remains the same as in the original. And when i download the "plmn_text_table.bin" file back from the phone it shows the edited info but yet it doesn't reflect so on the phone.
Some help PLZ. I did the same thing with the V550 and it worked immediately. I'm in Guyana. MCC-MNC is 738-00. (5 digits)

Did you remember to do the SEEM edit to allow reading from the plmn_text_table? Refer to xlr8's SEEM map: http://xlr8.us/hofo/map.txt -

Alpha Tag Database
seem 0032, offset 4B, bit 6 must be set to "0"
in some cases, seem 0032, offset 02, bit 1 must be set to "0" also

Did everything correctly. cause it even worked (rite away) on the V550. I checked seem 0032 especially over 50 times to ensure that offset 4B and even 02 were correctly set.

The surprising thing is that when i download the seem back to the PC the changes (i made) are there, but when i go to the phone's menu it doesn't reflect the changes e.g names i've modded.
