Can someone please post some direct links and/or clear instructions for do-it-yourself flashing of an N80?

I hear some site out there "dxforums.org" (?) has the firmware files and instructions but as far as I can tell the site is entirely in Italian and thus useless to me.

I've been having a LOT of problems with my Nokia N80 and I suspect most of the issues are due to my relatively old firmware:
