Razr V3 + USB Dongle Problems

Just picked up a Razr the other day and a nextlink usb dongle.
Ran through setup with the drivers, bluetooth discover mode and I can see the phone as a device. When I go to connect I will recieve a call from the dongle on the phone and it drops almost immediately. "Connection Failed" in Bluetooth PC program.
Any suggestions?
