3590 Leds

What size are the leds on this phone. What models have same lights? Thinking of doing a mod

The originals are crazy ***** - never seen one's like it before - they poke through the board sideways and shoot light along the plane of the PCB. You can replace them with 1206's (particularly reverse mount 1206's) but it doesn't work particularly well - or you can take the old LED's out, cook off the lenses (not as hard as it sounds) and install 0603's on the ends of the old light assemblies. Then, resolder the whole assembly back into the phone.
OTOH, they only take 4 LED's...
And I don't have bridging info for them, (yet!)
