KG800 USB problem

I just recieved my KG800 from Taiwan, and after installing all the programs and whatnot, when I connect with my USB cable, I can only drag and drop.

Whenever I try to use my LG Contents Bank, I don't get an option to connect with the USB cable, just Com ports 1 and 2, which time out if I use them. I've already turned on the modem connectivity via some other information I got, and I'm really at a loss now.

Also, if someone could tell me how to delete my wallpapers in my KG800, it would be greatly appreciated.

What version of the software are you using? If you use the American or UK versions, they allow the USB connection. I downloaded the UK version off of LG's website, and I have a copy of the American version on disc, so if you want either, I'll upload them for you. Not sure if that's of any help, as I am a total moron with cell phones.
