Help with Headset choice

I got my card reader and my 512 micros sd to start my mp3 player experience with my E815. The only thing I need to decide on is a headset that will allow me to get great sound quality and be able to switch b/w calls and Mp3 player. I read some comments about the Motorola Hs120. Is this the best choice??

There's an adapter that has a mic and send/receive button built in. If you use that, you can plug any earbuds you want into it.

thanks for the reply. If you have a model and vendor that you could recommend that would be great.

What's the quickest way to move windows media files (music library,ripped music from CDs) to the phone using the transflash card without having to convert them to Mp3 format.

Other people make them, but if it was me, I'd buy the Motorola one. I don't know the model number or anything - I've just read about here at HoFo (and I've checked it out from links others have posted).
