I have the L7 and its the qaud band phone from australia thats never been locked.. when i plug it in the PC under my computer it says removable device but when i open says insert card.. does that mean its not accessing onboard memory or just i need to put in my 512 stick to upload my music so i can play them in the media player on the phone..

You have to put in the microSD/Transflash card.
It's looking for that.
To put stuff on the actual phone memory you need Motorola's Phone Tools or I think Bluetooth works also.
