Kyocera K612 Restart Problem

I just a K612 the Virgin Mobile model. I download and installed the AOL Email java program that OZ Communications made onto the phone. And used it for a couple of days, and now now when I start up the program and choose my screen name the phone restarts everytime. I have remove the program and reinstalled it and I have still have the problem. I have even called Virgin Mobile and they have no idea what I'm talking about, nor does Kyocera itself. Is their a way to set the phone back to the default?(Start over with nothing on the phone)

I bought a k612 from Virgin in June...It did the same thing, with the added annoyance of resetting itself in the middle of texts...I complained and complained to Virgin about the Email resetting, and they sent me a replacement fone. This fone worked fine for about two days and started doing the exact same thing as the first. Repeated 20 minute fone calls got me nowhere, all of them had the same silly solutions, repeatedly. Finally I got hold of an honest employee who told me that there was a software problem and there was no point in me replacing the fone again as it would most likely do no good...I am now in the middle of fighting with them for a full refund of the fone cost, plus all the ringtones and screensavers/wallpapers I bought for the first stupid fone...nobody seems to be admiting to any problems either at kyocera or virgin...it's obviously an on-going problem that they don't care to fix.
