7750 keypad problem

i have a blackberry 7750 purchased in june 05 so the warranty is over now and the first row of my keypad stopped working.
does anybody know of a place that could fix it in the 514.
i already called bell and even RIM,nothing worked.
by the way i live in Montreal.
