Claiming to be sleeping with the RAE, telling us all about it at the store (agent) and went so far as to say he was using the Corporate card to pay for her gas to come visit him. Then once he was told about what was going on he let his bosses know said that she was stalking him. Fur flew, she was suspended for a week, then she came back for a week. Then they fired her for under preformace, but we all know the real reason. Best was that when she came back for the week, she claimed to be pregnant by him

She is now working at a sprint cart in the mall.

"tinfoil hat" refers to customers who feel that cellphones will fry your brain, even though they have one, they wear a tinfoil hat to protect themselves from the "Radiation" of their phones.

A local rep from another store here just got fired because he got an upgrade on his personal line, then went into CARE with his own login and ended his contract early (waiving liquidation damages of course). He filed a grievance that is set for next week. I don't know what leg he thinks he has to stand on though.

Just VIEWING the account can get one canned. He shouldn't press his luck, something like that can probably get him prosecuted.

In telegence you can credit the account for various amounts of $ or rollover minutes. You cannot do that in olam.

For not charging hidden fees in a new activation or upgrade's invoice, and thus failing to reach an illegal quota on purpose.

Decided to bring in a younger girl instead with lower morals who didn't care. Fired for being ethical by unethical Agent management? Fine by me, moronic bastards. Their loss- I was this area's #1 go-to guy for data info.

Thanks Company man for your great insights again . You must have alot of spare time picking everyones rants apart ? I bet you are single , no girlfriend , no uni degree and cant wait to get a HO job ?

Crapular doesnt prosecute becuase I have seen / heard and known people that were stealing and it was on camera and crapular fired them instead of paying a lawyer and court costs and maybe losing = lawsuit from the rep . Alsdo they let the rep quit rather than firing them .
side note :::: Crapular also got beat by the Verizon machine again . I guess that means Crapular is doing a great job ????

I remember a rep I worked with back at my last cell phone gig not getting fired but getting damn close to getting fired for hitting on too many girls that came into the store. One girl's mother came in (whoops, she was under 18 dude) screaming about the emails, txts and whatnot her daughter was receiving from this guy. She was heated beyond belief, ready to start a whole big legal battle. Of course, she settled for a credit on her bill :P.

i mean, i do it, yes, but for a reason. im over complainin bout getting screwed over on the job.Hell they did me a favor as quitting the job was the best damn decision i made in a long time.

these days i watch as sbc becomes a company i despise for its policy and i see cingular follow suit as well. that is moreso my reasoning to my complaints. they are making it more and more appealing to jump to other providers( mainly t-mobile) by the way they treat customers(and like sbc isnt any different)

Stupid on the employees part....

Stole 2 phones in full view of the camera, came back to steal a 3rd then realized there was a camera and tried to put it back. Employee got caught before he could bring the other 2 back from his house.

there is a dude who stole like 300 from the safe, *he had the camera blocked, so technically no proof* he grabs features from other people, and goes through peoples contracts after they leave the company for features, and puts features on customers accounts with out their knowledge. and gets treated like royalty... all because he's at the top of the board... month in month out..

and still works at the store...

Wow... do you work at my store? We have a situation that is very similar... A worker has stolen a case, told a manager 'F this store, F this company, and F you', walked out on his shift, slams features, emailed a manager (who was sitting in the back room working on inventory) and told him to come out and help a customer instead of getting off his lazy butt and going to get him, and a few other things as well... Yet he consistently gets employee of the month because his numbers are high...

This guy should have been fired at round one. But instead, one of the greatest employees this company has ever had (would do ANYTHING to help out a customer or a fellow worker) got fired because the assitant manager did not like him.

Gotta love office politics.

About a year ago, the girl that was sitting across from me in our team was having a friend come by and log her in on her phone before she was even in the building. Needless to say, she was caught and fired.

Another time, a girl at work got fired for being out on sick leave and the company that handled the claims took forever to make a decision. It was later resolved in favor of the ex employee.

Had one guy that was fired for having sex in the call center.

Another was fired for crediting his friends account.

Then there was the lady that told a customer: "No, I won't shut the **** up!". That was priceless.

I guess I'm lucky though. With as foul mouthed, vulgar and just completely offensive and innapropriate as I am at work I've yet to offend someone enough for them to fire me. We talk about some crazy **** at work too. I'd have to say on an average day I probably drop the F bomb a good 20 - 30 times. Mind you, I do work in a call center but at least I'm not on the phones. Only offline work. I'm sure it wont be too far off though. ****ers.
