Quick question regarding S60v3 phones

I'm new to Symbian phones and have recently purchased an N80 which I'm liking more than any other phone I've owned. My question is this, if/when a new firmware comes out and I flash, would I have to reinstall each and every game and app that I've installed on the memory card?
Also, I'm planning on getting a new higher capacity memory card. Would I be able to directly copy the files from one to the other with no problems?

yes, and sorta yes/no. Some apps u can just transfer, some u'll have to install
