I was wondering if phones with mp3 players had good enough quality to replace my current mp3 player. I am looking to use the mp3 player on my car stereo either by plugging it in, or using fm transmitter. Also, how do the hands free accessories work for the car? Would I be able to get one of those for my phone and use it play my mp3s on my phone onto my car stereo?

I also want a phone with a decent camera on it, preferrably higher than 2.0mp.

thanks, that is just what i am looking for. Anyone know of the quality of the mp3 player? And what would be the best way to use it on my car stereo? Thanks.

1. w800, w810, or w900 all have great mp3 players (with superb sound and great bass).

2. it depends. FM transmitters (although very convenient) causes loss of quality. if you have AUX in on your stereo then you can just get a AUX cable for your phone (the w900 comes with this but i dont know about the w810 or w800). you can also get a cassete adapter and plug it into the headphones, but that looks cheasy lol. if not, then FM transmitter would be the only easy way...

unfortunately no cassette or aux input in my car, so only fm transmitters. I was wondering how those handsfree sets work? I know that it plays your phone calls through the car stereo, but would it also play my mp3s off my phone too? And how does it connect to the car?

hm... im not sure of exactly what "handsfree" thing your talking about. show me a link to one and i can try to explain it further. but i know Sony makes an FM Transmitter that plugs into all the Walkman series phones and will play all your mp3s on your car stereo. just tune to the station that your Transmitter is using and there you have it...

opps, my bad. actually what i saw was this

which just has its own standalone speaker. I thought the one i saw was actually transmitting the cell phone through car speakers. Guess I will have to go with the fm transmitter route. Thanks for the help everyone.
