Problem with Medianet an CU500 sometimes

I have been having data network problems often inside Wash DC, sometime requiring reboot phone and it works, sometimes just wont connect. I know the network sucks, but it seems worse since I got the CU500 instead of the Razr.
Do you think it is my phone or just a bad Cingular Week?
