GD55 Language Setup Help!

just got a gd55.. (damm it's small)
but one problem, the manual says it's only GSM800/1800 ! .. i thought it was tri-band!!
and more frustrating thing is that the language is in chinese.. and i can't change it back to english because i have no idea where that is..
could someone tell me where in menu i should go to?
plz lmk.. thanks
