Bluetooth does not see RAZR V3

It has been a while since I have mucked with my RAZR V3 and MPT.

Yesterday I started MPT and it upgraded many times...

If I use a USB cable everything thing works fine...

If I try to connect via Bluetooth the phone is not recognized.

I *am* able to pair the phone with the bluetooth driver than came
with the USB Bluetooth plugin ( Broadcom chipset I believe....) I can see
three folders on the phone and can drag pictures from XP to the
Photo folders.

Is there any magic to getting the MPT software to connect to the
phone via bluetooth?

Go figure, today bluetooth worked fine (albeit slowly....)
