Guys, I love this group !!

This is my goal

To use my Laptop via IR to my P800 GPRS to VPN to my work.

I signed up for VPN on T-mobile ($19.95) now I am using internet3.... I can dial in using my Laptop using the **993# ( something like that) and I can surf the net get email etc... but soon as I click on my Nortel VPN client and put in my information I see on my laptop conecting to.... Getting Banner Text.. then It failed with a message " your VPN connection has been lost please try again. Being a knucle head I did, and it faild agian. Is this suppose to work or is T-mobile blocking something.

I did call Nortel support and they said the issue may be that they are blocking ESP packets on T-mobile's Network, I called T-mobile and they said that nothing is block ( yea right... he didnt even check)..

Any ideas?

I use T-Mobile GPRS, Internet3 connected via bluetooth to my IBM T30 and my Cisco VPN works fine. I can't help on the technical stuff, and Cisco may be different. Just wanted to let you know my situation. Good Luck!

I believe you have to tell Tmobile to turn on VPN capability. I don't understand why but that made min work. I use cisco vpn.
