After hours of trying to load something from my pc to my razr v3c i managed to do it...but now i cant SAVE the file. help plz?

Just A few questions to get started...
1. What provider?
2. What software or process are you using? (step by step please)...
3. What exact error messages are you seeing and when?
4... If you managed to get it from the PC to the phone.. what do you mean "can't save it"???
