I am new to your forum and to using a data cable. I am trying to download my pictures from the phone to my desktop. I bought a data cable from Eforcity and it came with a driver disk. I went to Mobile Action and downloaded their Hand set manager, but I can't get it to connect with the phone. Do I have the right software? Or do I need some kind of code to get it to conect with the phone?

If I don't have the right soft ware or need a code can someone please tell me what I need or what I am doing wrong.
