Not able to view attachements on 8700c

Hello all,

Since a couple of days i am not able to view my attachemnts i received with my e-mail.

What happened:
I tried to do a hard reset because i installed some app's i didn't need anymore. Not all of the app's could be removed with uninstalling so i thought: HARD RESET.
I searched the internet how to do and found several pages. Options - security - general setting - clickwheel - Wipe Handheld (is one of them).
BUT this option and other options found on the internet DO NOT wipe all contents on my 8700c. Some applicaties can still be found like IM+ (Chat) etc. (Maybe someone else know how to do this to get a total and complete factory reset? )

But now my real problem comes,
After the reset i cannot read my attachments i received in my e-mails. Before the wipe action i could read my Excel, PDF, Word files etc.

If i try to open an attachment it says cannot complete. Servicebookdata not found ( I'm dutch so i have to translate it into english. So maybe it is not exactly as i wrote it here)

I have tried to send new servicebooks but nothing helps and worked out for me.

Maybe someone hav ideas how to solve this?

P.S. i have Blackberry Internet Services
