Can we just get some straightforward guide on here that explains how to transfer files off of a Motorola RAZR V3c to a computer? I have been reading thread after thread and using the search function and can't find anything! What software do I need, and what is the process of using it? I've downloaded and installed Motorola Driver Installer v1.5.0.0, what else am I supposed to get and where can I find this?
Any help is apprecaited.
EDIT: Forgot to mention its an Alltel V3c

see if you fully updated on MPT to 4.2.1a also try the mobile device update in the help tab of MPT. there is also a mtpfix a drivertool and Motorola_Software_Update_01.03.00_Production. i know my sisters verizon v3m needed them all.
