Lost address book email addresses....

Well i sent my device in the other day received a new one and did everything that need to be done, I put the PIN and IMEI in the BIS account, i did a partial restore because i didnt want to restore all the messges and call log i just restored the address book and phone, but no contact email addresses have shown back up do i need to start putting them back in or is there another way to get them back on the device.

no i have never used outlook before, i have nothing stored on outlook everything was in my phone, it seems like it may be a lost cause huh?
