verizon v3c music transfer (HELP)

i got the new verizon v3m but my pc says its a v3c, anyways i have the usb cable and im able to charge the phone thru my computer but i cant sync my phone with windows media 10 which according to verizon its what you se to transfer music to your phone i downloaded this driver (e815-v710-driverpack1) from another thread but i cant open it, please someone help....

see if you fully updated on MPT to 4.2.1a also try the mobile device update in the help tab of MPT. the v3m needs a mtpfix a drivertool and Motorola_Software_Update_01.03.00_Production. i know my sisters verizon v3m needed them all.
