M600i I think I bricked it!!! HELP

Hey guys I was upgrading the firmware earlier today using the SE update installer from their site, and it froze midway through. Now when I power up, all I have it the boot up screen with the SE graphic. Nothing else happens. It dosent matter if my sim is in or not. Anyone have any ideas??? ANYONE?

Have you tried running the SEUS updater again?
Does it recognize the phone anymore?

Other people have had the "update error" problem without "brickage".

If I were you I'd take out the battery, format the memory stick and try booting it up again.

While the battery is out - look for loose or dirty contacts at the battery terminal... look for any jammed keys.. clean your fastport. Sometimes stupid things happen to a phone that aren't obvious at first glance. Especially when you have this precious toy that seems like it's dead.

It could be something as stupid as a dead battery.
When you plug in the charger - does it behave as normal?

I didn't know its so risky. Just managed to do an update..thnks god nothing happened to my set. It seems faster now with the latest firmware.
