Razr V3c from US cellular

Ok I just got the V3c from US cellular. I had the v262 and used MPT to send rintones and pics to it. I want to do the same with the Razr connect it to the computer to send files to it so my question is how do I do this? Thanks in advance

Ok so I used the driver tool in an eariler post, And the software communicates with the phone bitpim I try to send an image and it looks like it did phone beeps and everything go look on the phone no image. So I restart everything and try MPT the media where you transer ringtones an wallpapers isn;t even avaliable to open. But the phone and MPT are communicating. Now what anyone know something I'm not doing?
