Problem with V325 and calendar in MPT

Hello,
I have a new V325 with Software version R9-1_X_05.28.1CP and am using the latest live update version of MPT 4.21a
I have done the seem edits, change to vibe then ring, changed the modem and used MPT to downloaded ringtones, contacts, and my calendar. Great, thanks to searching these forums for all the help.
My problem is that the calendar entries are all 7, that's right, seven hours off, earlier if it matters. My appointments are all ringing in the middle of the night, not cool. The times are correct when they are loaded into MPT, but when they are loaded into the phone they are wrong. They stay wrong if I load them back into MPT, by doing a refresh.
I know BVRP doesn't support seem-edited phones, but I tried the tricks recommended on their forum to fix the off by 1 hour they sometimes see when MPT gets confused by daylight savings time, to no effect.
Has anyone here successfully used the calendar on the V325 and MPT to sync to Outlook 2003? and can you share any tips?
I'd love to keep this phone, it has very good reception, even better than my V265, but I need a functioning calendar.
Thanks in advance, Eric

I have the older version software, seem edits, modem fix but also have the same problem as you with the calender. I live in the central time zone, and mine are 5 hours early.
Seriously, any help on this one?

Hello,
I have found that if you set Outlook to GMT, transfer the calendar to the V325 and then set Outlook back to your timezone both devices have the correct time. It is a pain though as all of your reminders in Outlook that are in the time between the timezones go off. I was hoping for a seem edit to change the "timezone handling" bit or something like that. I like the weak signal reception too much to trade it in for another phone.
Cheers, Eric
