whenever you pair any two devices you'll need a pin. For BT headsets, or devices, they usually tell you what the pin is in the manual. HOWEVER, for phone to phone, or phone to dongle (PC), you can in fact randomly choose any pin number. why do you care what the pin is? The pin is exclusively related to the pairing created between your phone and your (cousins?). That's it. If you MUST., just delete his phones profile in your "/mydevices/" and repair them, choosing which ever pin you want. Frankly, It's quite irrelevant. |

Ok well i was testing out my bluetooth on my razr with my step brothers phone..so he sets it up for me and when he connects the phones together ( the first time i used the bluetooth since i got the phone) you have to setup a Pin hen you connect to a device you enter it to connect and he set it to some number i kno the number what wanted to change it to something i would remember.. so i call t-mobile and they go through like 5 people .....no one knows of any kind of Pin to setup bluetooth...and it shows the you have to enter a pin on tmobile phone demos and everything ...so they couldnt help me...i kno how to reset it by doing a master clear but that would erase everything and i am not going to do that... thanks
