razr v3c freaking out HELP :)

Whenever i try to turn my fone on it looks like a tv with no signal so i take the battery out and put it back in, turn it on and it does it again!!!
all before this all of my pictures were showing up as little red "X"'s so yeah does anybody know wuts up with my fone?
