v80 bluetooth headset issue

im new at using bluetooth, but when ever i have the headset connected to the phone i can never have my regular ringtone used. it annoys the heck out of my when all i hear is a beep for a ring tone. is there any way i can change my ringtone while im connected to a bluetooth headset or is this normal for bluetooths? thanks
btw there are times when my screen just goes completely white or the color dissapears from the LCD screen and i can barely make out the numbers and letters, could this be a firmware issue or does it have something to do with my lcd connection?
