My MOTOROLA E398 KEYS DOESNT WORK!

I recently replied to a post with someone with the same problem but i cant happen to find the thread anywhere. So i thought i just open my own thread... my phone havent been workn for nealry 2-3 weeks already its just sitting there... the reason why is my keypad doesnt work.. its not the pad with the numbers that im concerned its the piece behind it... its like the keypad chip.. that connects to the phone so you can operate the keys. I know for sure its the problem cuase my bro has the same phone as i do. I opened his phone and then i opened mines i borrowed his key chip connected it onto my phone and it works great! i just need to know if you guys know any websites, phone numbers or anyone where i can contact to order or get that piece... unless any of you guys are selling it.
