I recenlty bough a new unbranded/unlocked SLVR. It came with "Motorola Phone Tools" program to put in my computer for file transfering. Everything works great as far as pics & ringtones transfering but I'm having problems with the Music Transfer this keeps popping up.....

i have about 118000Kb of free space left on my memory card and the songs i want to put are only 3000-4000Kb.
WHAT do i do? WHat's the reason of this?

The size of the file and the bitrate setting of the music you are xferring is probably too large for the phone to accept - there is a size limit of what can be xferred.

Try using a music software like Adobe audition to adjust the sample rate from what you have (more than likely around 128 kbps) to 96 kbps. This will adjust the size of the files and make them smaller and yr phone should be able to accept them as well.

Just out of curiosity - is yr phone an iTunes SLVR (L7) on the non iTunes L6? If you do not have iTunes - you might even want to take the bit rate down to 56 kbps so that you can fit more music on your phone.

Also, try xferring the files as they are now via bluetooth. It might work this way.
