Regarding Skins... Again.

I have decided to create a new thread because i have been searching various message boards and through numerous search engines. The question i ha ve deals with the program "skin mangaer" or "skiman." I have figured out how to install the skins and how to make the program read my phone.

+The skin i am trying/installed appears on the list in the program but not on my phone.
-How do i put the skin in use? I know that its there; it doesnt appear in the themes list of my phone. What do i do?

Searched many, couldnt come up with anything. Please, no smart alecs/flamers. You'd just be wasting bandwidth

This is for my Cingular "Silver V3"

well for people who were as dull minded as me. You have to go under peronalize>skins... apply the one you want.
