I'M having some trouble with my V3M its actually my second V3M the first was broken and now the new one is too also before I got a replacement I was having battery issues And was given a V3C Battery as a replacement I really hate this phone ow but it's been over 15 days What should I do

If it is broken, bring it back and they'll give you another one.

If you keep having problems (usually 3 phones is the magic number), you can call CS and talk to them - they'll usually agree to let you exchange it for a different phone.
