(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Hey guys um teckno geek posted this but I wanna bring the attention up to you pana owners with the vodafone logo go to gd87.de.vu then click where it say "umbau NEU!!!" At the bottom of the screen this is a gd87 phone with no vodaphone logo and yep the Panasonic logo located above the lcd screen. I can't use babel fish to translate because the site doesn't allow copy and paste. Can someone translate it for us so we all can benefit from this. I hope I'm not wrong about this.

You can remove the vodafone logo. I typed the whole thing in and it says you can but you guys know how babelfish is. The translation suck!! I wanna take the logo off but I'm not sure how to do it. This sucks!! Removal of internal Vodafone logo is confirmed....looks like the external can be remove too.

do you know how to remove the internal logo?

If someone can translate the directions correctly I'm pretty sure I can remove the internal and external logo. I know entferen means "remove". There are two sections for removal one for the external and one for the internal. SOmeone translate please!!

I managed to copy the text from that webpage.
Here are the text I got:
Zuerst die äussere Klappe:
Also zuerst Farbe suche dann...
This is the translation I got from freetranslation.com
First the external flap:
1. wiederrum is The removing of the Logos somewhat more difficult - and to find to be sure out of an only reason: the same silver with that the external glass colored is is almost impossible!! Therefore first color seeks then..
2. The glass carefully take out (is with double adhesive tape used)
3. After That with a cotton wadding small rod and something Nagellackentferner at the place where the Vodafone Logo the color sits remove.
4. Clean After That
5. cover then the little place with exactly the same silver
6. dry let
7. use (is adhesive) FINISHED!
Now the internal flap:
1. wiederrum is find can The removing of the Logos somewhat not very so heavily there one that blackly sooner: seek-) therefore first again color!
2. The glass carefully take out (is with double adhesive tape used)
3. After That with a cotton wadding small rod and something Nagellackentferner at the place where the Vodafone Logo the color sits remove.
4. Clean After That
5. cover then the little place with black
6. dry let
7. use (is adhesive) FINISHED!
References: - also here the hint: AWAITING tea drink certainly becomes it also soon for that GD87 exchange glasses give and this then without Vodafone-Logo!
Does - the expense not be worthwhile unconditionally and whether the result is then so paramount?
So your favorite could look then after the successful reconstruction (interior display) :
It seems that they just somehow manage to take off the glass that covered the logo, and put a sticker over there.

Im guessing that they are saying to color the area over with the same color paint which would be really impossible. The black would be fine but finding the same silver for the external cover would be hard in a way. I think Imma do it If I find the same silver out there I'll post some pics so you folks can see.
here's the the same think with babelfish translation
First the outside flap: 1. Removing of the Logos is somewhat more difficult wiederrum - for only one reason: The same silver to find with that the outside glass is colored is nearly impossible!!! Thus first color searches then... 2. The glass carefully rausnehmen (is assigned with double tape) 3. Afterwards with a Wattestaebchen and something nail polish remover in the place where the Vodafone Logo sits the color removes. 4. Clean afterwards 5. then the small place with exactly the same silver re-paint over 6. dry leave 7. use (is self adhesive) FINISHED! Now the internal flap: 1. Removing the Logos is wiederrum one that black rather to find somewhat not completely so with difficulty there can: -) Look for thus first again color! 2. The glass carefully rausnehmen (is assigned with double tape) 3. Afterwards with a Wattestaebchen and something nail polish remover in the place where the Vodafone Logo sits the color removes. 4. Clean afterwards 5. then the small place also black re-paint over 6. dry leave 7. use (is self adhesive) FINISHED! Notes: - also here the tip: WAIT FOR dte drink surely it also soon for the GD87 of exchange glasses will give and these then without Vodafone Logo! - the expenditure is not worthwhile itself necessarily and whether suppl.-smooth-eat then is so outstanding? So then your favourite could look like that successful change (inside display):
